The entire community is surrounded by trees but the homes within the neighborhood are quite spread out and open and most lots are quite large and some up to half an acre or more.
While each home is unique, you'll likely find formal living rooms, formal dining rooms, family rooms, gas fireplaces, a separate breakfast area, granite countertops and many of the newer listings, stainless steel appliances, spacious master bedrooms with en suite and master baths, walk-in closets and a large tub and shower area. Most homes feature a two-car garage and some feature a deeper garage perfect for storage or a workbench.
Residents are part of a homeowners association that manages continuity, common areas, and the sidewalks as well as management. Association dues are required annually at less than $200 per year. (Please check with current listings on exact fees and costs associated with the HOA as these can change over the years.)

"This school is iconic. The culture of Lanier is incredible! I've never had a bad experience with a teacher, the administration is so considerate, and the vending machine's supplied me with all of my favorite indulgences. I always felt supported and free to do as I pleased on campus. The only downside to Lanier is that everything is orange- yikes. Regardless, I'm proud to be a Class of 2020 alumni." - Niche.com (Lanier High School)
